摘 要
職業教育是我國當今教育領域的重要組成部分，按照黨中央、國務院的部署，職業教育以科學發展觀為指導，圍繞貫徹落實教育規劃綱要，承擔著為經濟社會工業、農業、服務業等行業輸送大批高素質技能型專業人才的任務。中等職業學校學生人才培養質量的提升，離不開一支專業化的中等職業教育教師隊伍作保障。中等職業學校的教師職業素質是教師在日常教學、管理過程中體現出來的綜合品質，是教師根據不同的崗位要求和內在規范形成的行為習慣和工作作風。一支較高職業素質的教師隊伍，能夠更好地指導中職學生砥礪品質、規范學業，幫助學生成人成才。
本研究對中等職業學校專業技術崗位教師和管理崗位教師職業素質提升計劃進行了探究。通過示例詳細論述了提升計劃的意義、內容的制定、實施和需要注意的問題，旨在進一步提升中等職業學校教師的綜合職業素質，優化日常教學和管理過程，為學生打造優質的教育資源，從而為國家培養更多具有高素質的中等職業技能型人才。

Abstract
Nowadays,vocational education is an important part of education in our country. Inaccordance with the Party Central Committee and the State Council, vocational education isguided by the scientific development concept, according to the implementation of theeducation programs. It is responsible for transporting a large number of highly skilledprofessionals task for industry, agriculture, services in economic society. Enhancing thequality of personnel training of secondary vocational school students, can not be finishedwithout a guarantee of specialized secondary vocational education teachers. The professionalquality of secondary vocational school teachers is a kind of comprehensive quality which isreflected in their teaching and management process of routine work. And it's a kind of habitand work style which is formed by teachers according to the requirements in differentpositions. Teachers group with high professional quality is able to regulate students' studybetter, and help them become talented person.
The author in this paper is exploring the training plan of enhancing secondary vocationalschool teachers' professional quality, including professional and technical position's teachersand management position's teachers. Discussing the significance of training plan, formulateand carry out the content of the training plan, and problems that need attention. The aim ofthis plan is to improve the comprehensive professional quality of secondary vocational schoolteachers, optimize the processes of teaching and management if routine work. And createhigh-quality educational resources for students, so as to train more highly qualified secondaryvocational skilled personnel for our country.
