摘要
近年來，隨著我國經濟的飛速發展，人民的生活水平逐步提高， 人們的思想觀念也開始發生變化，社會的意識形態領域因此也變得較以往更為復雜，夫妻離異已慢慢成為已婚家庭的一種選擇。
離異家庭的數目隨之呈現增長趨勢。根據我國民政部 2013 年的《社會服務發展統計公報》顯示，當年全國離婚總數為 350 萬對，而當年的登記結婚的總數為1346 萬對，簡單離婚率高達 24.9%.伴隨著離異現象的增多和離異家庭數目的增加，離異家庭子女的數量也在不斷遞增，[1]這給子女的生存、教育帶來了很多消極影響，這些家庭子女成了當代青少年中的弱勢群體；而中職學校生源的特殊性又決定了這個弱勢群體的比重在中職學校相對較高，產生相關問題行為的學生也不在少數。這部分學生是班主任工作關注的重點對象，對他們如何開展、進行教育也成為學校德育工作的棘手問題。
本文主要采用調查法和問卷法。根據問卷的情況，先從老師的視角，分別對學生的日常管理，人際交往，家校聯系，教師素養等進行了問卷和訪談；然后站在學生的角度，從心理情緒影響，行為規范，親子關系三方面展現了離異家庭學生與正常家庭學生的差異；最后對離異家長進行了調查，分別從思想認識，親子關系和家教方式等方面進一步了解家庭教育的動態，掌握學生出現問題的家庭層面的因素。據此提出相應的對策，學校教師應該有效幫助離異家庭的父母提高教育的水平和給予這類特殊學生更多的關愛；家長應該在專家的指導下，和孩子多溝通，多交流，多關心子女的心理成長和需要；而社會應該最大化的利用現有的資源，廣開渠道，設立專門的援助機構等來指導和幫助這樣的家庭。

Abstract
With the development of China's economy, people's living standards havechanged, the social ideology has become more complex, the divorce has graduallybecome a choice of married families.The number of divorced families is increasing.
According to China's Ministry of civil affairs in 2013, the Ministry of socialservices Development Statistics Bulletin shows that when the total number of nationaldivorce was 350 million , while the number of registered marriages is 1346 millionpairs, the divorce rate is 24.9%. Along with the increase in the number of divorcedfamilies and the number of divorced families, the number of children in divorcedfamilies is increasing.
has brought a lot of negative influence to the children;;Thechildren of these families become the vulnerable groups in the contemporary youth;And the special nature of the vocational school students determines the proportion ofthe groups in the secondary vocational school is relatively high, resulting in thebehavior of the students are not in the minority[2]
This part of the students is the focusof the work of the class teacher, how to carry out, education has become a thorny issueof moral education in schools.
This paper mainly uses the method of investigation and questionnaire.
According to the situation of the questionnaire, from the point of the teacher, talkabout the students' daily management, interpersonal communication, home-schoolcontact, teachers' quality, etc. Then standing in the point of the students, from thepsychological and emotional impact, behavior norms, parent-child relationship ,toshow the difference of the students in the divorced families and normal families;Finally, the parents of divorced parents were investigated, from the ideologicalunderstanding, parent-child relationship and parenting style we want to have thetrends of family education and grasp the reasons of the dynamics of the students in thefamily level.
Corresponding ways are put forward. School teachers should help the parents ofdivorced families to improve the level of education and give them more care. Parentsshould communicate with their children under the guidance of experts; The societyshould maximize the use of existing resources, broaden channels, the establishment ofspecial aid agencies etc. to guide and help this family
