摘要

軍隊政治工作主要指中國共產黨在軍隊中的思想工作和組織工作，是人民軍隊的“生命線”.它關系到人民軍隊能否始終處于黨的絕對領導之下，能否始終保持光榮的歷史傳統、能否忠實履行職能使命。隨著時代發展變化，軍隊建設發展面臨著許多新問題新挑戰。如何在新環境下發揮軍隊政治工作的光榮傳統和特有優勢，成為軍隊革命化現代化正規化戰略發展歷程中的重點課題。黨的十八大以來，以習近平為總書記的黨中央，著眼于國際國內環境黨情軍情的現實需要，提出推進軍隊政治工作發展的新時代主題。這為軍隊政治工作適應新時代發展要求，充分發揮政治工作的強大威力，指明了方向和目標，為實現強軍夢中國夢提供了堅定的政治保證。研究習近平軍隊政治工作思想對于豐富黨的軍隊政治工作思想和指導軍隊政治工作實踐活動具有很強的理論和實踐價值。本文由以下四部分組成：

第一部分，基本概念。主要闡述軍隊政治工作的定義和相關要素，為更好地理解軍隊政治工作內涵奠定基礎。

第二部分，習近平軍隊政治工作思想的形成。首先，時代背景。即習近平軍隊政治工作思想提出、形成的國際國內背景。其次，理論淵源。從理論的角度說明習近平軍隊政治工作思想是建立在馬克思恩格斯、列寧和中國共產黨歷代領導人關于軍隊政治工作思想基礎之上的。再次，實踐基礎。闡明習近平軍隊政治工作思想的形成是建立在新形勢下政治工作面臨現實需要基礎之上的。

第三部分，習近平軍隊政治工作思想內涵。這是本文的重點。主要有五部分：軍隊政治工作地位和作用；軍隊政治工作原則；軍隊政治工作內容；軍隊政治工作方法；軍隊政治工作效益的檢驗標準。

Abstract

Military political work mainly refers to the Chinese Communist Party'sideological and organizational work in the military. It's the “lifeline” of people's army.It decided whether the people's army can remain under the absolute leadership of theparty ,remain a glorious history and tradition and faithfully perform their mission.With the changing times, military construction and development are faced withmany new problems and new challenges. How to take the advantage of the uniqueand glorious tradition in military and political work in the new environment hasbecome a key issue in the process of military's more revolutionary, modernizedand regularized strategy development. After 18th CPC National Congress, with XiJinping as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, the party focused oninternational and domestic environment and the practical needs of militaryintelligence, proposed a new theme for he development of military political work.This sets a clear direction to meet the developed requirements for the militarypolitical work and make full use of the power of political work, provides a strongpolitical guarantee for the realization of Dream of Strong Army and Dream ofChina. Research on Xi Jinping's idea of military political work has a strongtheoretical and practical value on riching ideological and political work in thearmy and guiding military political work of into practice. This essay consists of thefollowing four parts:

Part one, the basic concept. It mainly tells the definitions and relevantelements of the military political work, laying the foundation for a betterunderstanding of the connotations in military political work.

Part two, the development of Xi Jinping's idea of military political work. Firstly,the background mainly about the international and domestic context when XiJinping's idea of military political work formed Secondly, the theoretical origins,mainly about how Xi Jinping's idea of military political work is built onMarx ,Engels, Lenin and the Communist Chinese leaders' ideas of military politicalwork. Thirdly, practical basis, about the relationship between Xi Jinping's idea ofmilitary political work and practical needs for political work under the newsituation.

Part three, the connotation of Xi Jinping's idea of military political work,which is The focus of this essay. It has five sections: the status and role of militarypolitical work; the principle of military political work; the content of militarypolitical work; the methods of military political work; the effectiveness teststandard of military political work.

Part four, the ideological characteristics and value of Xi Jinping's idea ofmilitary political work. The characteristics refers to firm principles, keeping upwith times, strong practicality and scientific feature. The value refers totheoretical value and practical value.
