摘 要
創新作為熊彼特創新理論的核心概念，幾乎在他所有的經濟理論中均有所體現。隨著時代的發展，人們越來越關注創新對于經濟發展的意義，因此我們有必要重溫一下有關創新的有關理論，而經濟學家熊彼特是創新理論研究的鼻祖，對其創新理論的系統梳理就顯得尤其重要。本文主要對熊彼特創新理論及其發展理論進行了詳細的系統的梳理和分析，并分析了熊彼特的追隨者在熊彼特創新理論的基礎上發展起來的新熊彼特主義理論，在此基礎上總結對我國經濟發展有借鑒意義的幾點啟示。熊彼特的這些理論觀點都強調了創新的重要性，而當今時代，信息技術的飛速發展促進創新時代的到來，這就需要高素質的企業家隊伍，需要技術和體制的相互融合。根據我國的國情，提出了熊彼特創新理論對我國經濟發展的重要啟示，這對助推我國經濟發展具有及其重要的作用。
全文分為四章來介紹文章內容。
第一章為緒論，主要介紹了研究背景、研究意義以及目前國內外研究現狀。另外，還介紹了本文的研究方法和創新點。
第二章主要介紹了熊彼特創新理論的主要內容，以及以熊彼特理論為基礎的發展理論：基于熊彼特創新理論的技術創新經濟學、基于熊彼特創新理論的國家制度創新。
第三章是對熊彼特創新理論的思考，這部分也是本文研究的重點，第一部分介紹了熊彼特創新理論產生的時代意義，第二部分介紹了熊彼特創新理論的理論意義和現實意義，第三部分是對熊彼特創新理論的評價。
第四章主要研究了熊彼特創新理論對中國的現實意義。主要從四方面進行闡述：（1）發展高素質企業家團隊，順應時代要求；（2）有秩序、穩步的調整經濟結構；（3）創新融資渠道，改善融資環境；（4）促進科技創新，需要完善創新生態體系。

Abstract
As the core concept of Joseph Schumpeter innovation theory, Innovation is embodied inall of his economic theory. Along with the development of the times, people increasinglyfocus on the meaning of innovation to the economy development, so it is necessary for us toreview the related theory about innovation. It is particularly important to comb JosephSchumpeter's innovation theory because he is the ancestor in this field. This article mainlyteases Joseph Schumpeter's innovation theory and its development theory and analyzes thenew Schumpeter theory which is development by his followers. What's more, this articlesummarize several enlightening significance to the economic development of our country.
Joseph Schumpeter's theory have emphasized the importance of innovation which is also veryimportant in this age. The rapid development of information technology promotes the adventof the innovation era. And this era requires a high quality team of entrepreneurs, the mutualfusion of technology and system. According to the national condition, this article puts forwardsome important suggestions, which has a great influence on the economic development of ourcountry.
The article content is divided into four chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad. In addition, it also introducesthe research methods and the innovations of this article.
The second chapter introduces the main content of Joseph Schumpeter innovation theoryand the development theory which is based on the Joseph Schumpeter's theory. It includes thetechnological innovation economics and the state system innovation which is based on thetheory of Schumpeter state innovation theory.
The third chapter is the thinking of Joseph Schumpeter innovation theory, which is alsothe most important chapter of this article. This chapter includes three parts. The first one is theera significance of Joseph Schumpeter innovation theory. The second one introduces thetheoretical significance and practical significance of the Joseph Schumpeter innovation theory.
And the last one is the the evaluation of Joseph Schumpeter innovation theory.
The fourth chapter introduces the practical significance of Joseph Schumpeter innovationtheory in China which is expounded from four aspects: （1） Build high-quality entrepreneurialteams, to comply with the requirements of the times; （2） Adjust the economic structureorderly and steady; （3）Innovative financing channels and improve the financing environment;（4）Improve the Innovation system and Promote scientific and technological innovation.
